Yes. Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders over $75. Orders below that threshold are charged a flat rate shown at checkout.

U.S. orders typically arrive in 5–7 business days after shipment. International delivery usually takes 10–15 business days. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Yes. Exchanges are the fastest way to get the right fit. Contact us at support@vivvasports.com with your order number and the size or color you need. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Our apparel is designed with an athletic fit — close to the body without restricting movement. If you are between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up. Check each product page for fabric notes and model details when available.

Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not bleach. Tumble dry low or hang dry to preserve elasticity and color. Avoid fabric softener on performance fabrics. Always follow the care label on your garment.

We are sorry about that. Email support@vivvasports.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may need additional time to post the credit.
