Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how VIVVA processes refunds for eligible returns. It should be read together with our Return & Exchange policy.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are issued when a return meets the conditions in our Return & Exchange policy — unworn, tags attached, returned within 30 days, and approved after inspection.
Refund method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We cannot refund to a different card or payment account.
Refund timeline
- We inspect returns within 2–3 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
- Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Partial refunds
Partial refunds may apply in the following situations:
- Items returned not in original condition, missing tags, or showing signs of wear
- Only part of a multi-item order is returned
- Promotional discounts were applied and the remaining order no longer qualifies for the promotion
Shipping charges
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, or lost shipment confirmed by the carrier).
Store credit
In some cases we may offer store credit instead of a refund to your payment method — for example, when a return is initiated outside the standard window but we choose to make an exception. Store credit does not expire unless stated otherwise at the time of issue.
Exchanges vs. refunds
If you prefer a different size or color, an exchange may be faster than waiting for a refund and placing a new order. Contact support@vivvasports.com to request an exchange.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement if they have not yet shipped. After that, please wait for delivery and start a return using our Return & Exchange process.
